If you are looking for a trusted and qualified dog trainer or behavior consultant, look no more. You have just found the one!
For more than nine years, I have been assisting dogs in overcoming their fears and challenges. Here is a preview.
I have loved animals all of my live and I couldn’t imagine the world without them. In this stressful and busy life, they brighten our day and bring us comfort and unconditional love. Regardless of how we look, dress or think, they always greet us at the door with joy and eagerness. That was the first reason that made me want to work with animals.
However, when the dogs struggle or are dealing with various issues, the time that should be enjoyable and fulfilling for both the dog and their parent can quickly become stressful and frustrating, ultimately leaving a negative imprint on their relationship as a whole.
The motivation behind:
Dealing myself years back with a problematic dog and witnessing so many owners struggle with their pets, motivated me to take action and do more to assist them in building a harmonious relationship. I’ve always had the same desire: to help both the dogs and their guardians.
In short, that’s how I Wuff You® was born. It was inspired by the love for dogs and the desire to help people enjoy life with their pet, every day and everywhere. In other words, our training builds a real bond between you, your entire family and your dog. That is to say, it means healthy relationship.
For me, this isn’t just a job; it’s a joyful adventure that fills my heart with happiness when I see owners and their pups wagging their tails in delight together!
Background and Credentials.
Firstly, part of my knowledge and skills has been acquired through years of academic research in the food industry and agriculture, along with my master degree in this field. I have been mentored by the most educated professors in the field of nutrition, food science and animal behavior.
Secondly, I have obtained the highest certification in the dog training industry, CBCC-KA (Certified Behavior Consultant Canine, Knowledge Assessed). This is not an online course or an online certificate. The certificants must demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in the field in treating difficult dog behaviors as: fear, phobias, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, aggression etc., provide professional references that attest to their work, and pass a rigorous in person written exam that focuses on the science behind dog behavior, psychology and the application of behavior modification techniques.
CBCC-KA certification provides an independent, scientifically valid measure of an individual’s understanding of the field of canine behavior modification.
Thus being said, we can proudly say: Your dog is in good hands with us!
All my credentials and experience with problematic and hard to fix behaviors in dogs should give you all the confidence that I have the necessary skills to effectively diagnose, address behavioral problems and humanely train your dog. Furthermore, our training will help you build a stronger relationship with your pet, one of love, respect and joy. Whenever I feel that that my knowledge ends or the behavior in question is too complex and delicate, I will refer you in all honesty to more qualified professional such as a veterinary behaviorist.
Needless to say, We get results!
With all that being said, I know firsthand the difference quality training makes in people’s life. Without professional training the relationship with your dog can become frustrating. If you invest in good behavior modification program, if you are consistent and patient, you will see a wonderful transformation within your dog. Last thing I advice is to give up!
I have also seen how detrimental to the dog can be to hire an unqualified trainer. So do your research first! You are the only advocate your dog has!
After training dogs and coaching parents for so many years, I can say there is nothing more satisfying than to see happy dogs and happy parents enjoying each other.
Once you will see the changes in your dog’s behavior, you will wonder why you waited until now. Read what our clients say! Learn more about how to choose the right trainer here.
I look forward to working with you and your dog!

I adopted my puppy and knew right away I wasn’t going to be able to train her like I thought/she was much younger than other dogs I owned and I had no idea what I was doing. I reached out and Cristina got back to me right away, we chatted and booked our first meeting. Her knowledge, friendliness and love of animals is evident. She was patient, kind and caring. I HIGHLY recommend her. She makes the best things in life (your pup) even better!”
My puppy has made such tremendous strides and I have Cristina to thank!”
